Okay, I used to not be big on the fan made videos, but today I actually was ALMOST fooled into believing I found a legit New Moon trailer. (I say almost, because I of course know that no filming has taken place yet, therefore there is nothing to use to make a trailer.)

Twitter: All the cool kids are doing it!
At the request of several of my online lady friends over at Letters to Twilight/Letters to Rob, I’ve decided to devote my next blog to twittering. But not just any twittering, twittering with the obsessive Twilight/Rob Pattinson fan in mind. Because that’s what I am, and that’s what I know!
Before we start, let me give you a bit of back story. Really, I’ve only been on Twitter for about a month, so I am by no means an expert. However, I feel like I’ve learned quite a bit.

First, you have to set up your Twitter account. I’ll wait here patiently while you take care of that……………..all done? Great!
The next trick is following people in categories you want to keep up with. As I said before, I am a Twilight/Rob fanatic, so I picked people I felt would keep me fully informed on all of that news. Here is a list of a few must adds:

Tyrone Wells
Alright, apparently I am now an unofficial advocate for songs that should most definitely be on the New Moon soundtrack. It’s not my fault, I listen to music all day at work and hear new stuff all the time (Thanks Pandora!!)
So, while listening to my newly created Rob Pattinson Station, I heard this amazing song by Tyrone Wells titled Arms Around Me. I think it would actually be an insult to the movie not to include this song.
And would you believe it…on my initial search, there are NO twilight clip videos put to this song. So I guess I am the only one out there that sees the link.
So, let me start my own campaign. I’m no good at YouTube and video editing, so I can’t do that, but I can blog, then you can blog, then next thing you know, someone with that type of talent will make the video for me!
And I’m kinda liking this for either the cliff diving scene or after Edward and Bella are reunited. I can see them holding each other (before the Volturi) step in and hear this song.
What do you think? Is this New Moon material? If so, where would you put it in the movie?
(Note: I realize this is a Christian song and the lyrics are probably not referring to a girl, but to God, not sure because of the whole scent part….but I maintain that the lyrics still fit!)

My husband could care less about Twilight. He’s pretty much done giving me grief about it (he realized it was a losing battle when I won the Twi-lantine’s contest on LTT/LTR). But, there is a small part of me that want to share my Twi-obsession with him.

So, I’ve devised an evil plan to make him fall madly in love with one of the ladies of Twilight. He’s already NOT a KStew fan (I think all the weed makes her very unattractive to him), but there is hope for Ashley Greene or Rachelle Lafevre, maybe even Christian Serratos (we all now know she is smoking HOT!).
Evil Plan
1. Leave computer conveniently open to smoking hot photos of said girls.
DONE! Yes, that is all I need to do to sway my hubby. All guys really are that easy!
Now…if I can only figure out a way to take over Rob’s computer and leave smoking hot pics of ME on there….hmmmm….
Since I have an obsession for Etsy, as well as Twilight, I will be starting a new segment…Fanatic Finds Friday.
I’ve already done one feature (before I decided to make this a feature), and it seemed to be one of my more popular postings, so I thought this would be a great way to bring Twilight fans together with other fans who make some really cool (and sometimes wacky) stuff!

I could just crawl right in that freezer, especially if Rob will be joining me!
While trolling around, I found this promotional poster for the new movie, How to Be, starring Robert Pattinson, of course.
Two things:
1. How did the director/photographer/whoever know exactly the way to encapsulate exactly how I feel today (and damn near everyday)?
2. Um…Rob, could you scooch over and I’ll join you. Let’s test the theory that cold temperatures will make your lips freeze together.
Rob on your iPhone...does it get any better?
Yesterday I got my iPhone in the mail. Once I went through the ungodly activation process (seriously AT&T, if you are going to have an automated system, please allow me to push buttons rather than sound like an idiot saying, “Act-iv-a-tion”), I started the process of downloading all the fun lil apps (I mean, that is the point of an iPhone, right?!?).
And, thanks to Twitter (seriously, join now!), I got the best app ever, iRob. That’s right, a Robert Pattinson application where I can get all the latest news, etc. about my favorite actor delivered straight to my phone. Oh happy day!
So far, it’s not the best (my Twitter app is keeping me more up to date than the iRob), but at least its a nice tiny pic of Rob always looking back at me on my home page. And it’s free, so who cares in the long run.
Oh, Rob, may the joys of seeing everything from clocks to iPhone applications with your face on them continue well into the future.

Not too long ago, while trekking through Twilight links, blogs, pages, I found out about a campaign to get a song into New Moon. I’m all for non-mainstream folks (you hear that Jonas Brothers, STAY AWAY!!) getting their big break, and we’ve really seen that with the Twilight movie.
This song, titled “Need” is by Hana Pestle (listen below), and the song will absolutely blow your mind. I can picture it as the song played when Edward leaves Bella in the woods, although I’ve heard others say they thought it’d be perfect for the cliff diving scene.
Either way, this is an amazing song, and although I’m not sure petitions and such work, I’m sure if enough Twilight fans blog, post, comment, etc., then someone over in the production studio might be listening.
