This scene looks so interesting...too bad I have no idea what is going on!
First off, I want to say that I am so excited that How to Be is doing so well. That it great news for my boy Rob’s career (that’s right, I said MY BOY). And I’m sure its a great movie. Really sure!
UNFORTUNATELY, I may never (and by never, I mean until it comes out on DVD) know because the film will not be shown anywhere near me! I’ve already been denied the soundtrack for an undetermined amount of time (thanks Dreamboat Records), and now I’m being denied the full movie.
Well, if you haven’t seen it yet, here is the latest US schedule. Maybe you will be lucky and have a showing near you, or maybe you will be angry and disgruntled, like me.

I’m copping out of writing a real blog today. Why? Because everytime I think about something, I get distracted by the new GQ outtakes of Rob. They are absolutely delicious, so I must post (with my own humorous commentary, of course).
How this was an outtake, I'll never know. All I know is, this is EXACTLY how I picture it would be like to wake up next to Rob. Mmmmm...mental picture is AMAZING!
Rob looks pained in this picture. Maybe he's tired of taking pictures, or they are trying to wash his hair...OR maybe he is just pining over me. Oh Rob, you are sooo sweet and sensitive. Like a teddy bear (that I make out with).
Oh, so very serious! Course, he could also be planning his point of attack for a beer and Hot Pocket they have set out for him as a reward for being so photogenic!
And what may actually be my fave pic....Rob in a plain white tee. There is NOTHING sexier than a guy trying NOT to be sexy. Of course, white tees are also often worn under clothing, therefore, this is like seeing Rob in his underwear.
Yes! It seems the New Moon film peeps may be answering our prayers regarding how we like our vampire sparkles, which if of course, less “glittery” and minus cheesy sound effects.
My favourite bit of insiders gossip that he gave us was one of the stage directions. In the New Moon script it says ‘the sunlight catches Edward’s skin and we see him sparkle’ , it then says in brackets underneath (BUT BETTER THAN IN TWILIGHT) I guess they really are trying to improve the special effects!
This is great news, and I’m glad they recognized that this really was an issue in the first film. I mean, let’s face it, it was kind of a let down from the image I had in my head after reading the book. It ALMOST ruined the fact that I was looking at Rob sans shirt.
What do you guys think about how it sounds New Moon is coming along? It sounds to me like they are really going to fix some things from the first movie, but do you all feel that way?

While searching for some videos for my blog yesterday, I got distracted by one of the more disturbing, time wasting things Twilight fans have done to show their obsessioncraziness love for the book and its characters.
So, if you haven’t seen this phenomenon, here are a couple of the more disturbing ones I found.
Edward is slightly creepy in this one, but this user has actually done most of the scenes in the book with the Sims. So, it was not big surprise when the user profile said she was 15.
Bell & Edward’s First Lunch
Okay, this person took the scene from the movie, then recreated it with Sims THEN dubbed over the voice from the movie. Wow. You’ll even hear the chessy sparkly music at the end, which just made me laugh.
This one is like a montage…weird, KStew may look better as a Sim. More emotion.
And this one I’m including because it’s Rob as a Sim. WTF, people?!?
And now that I have thoroughly wasted an hour of my life that I will NEVER get back!
I, too, wished they left blood typing in the movie. Yum!
Now that Access Hollywood has shown us 3 of the deleted scenes from Twilight, all it does is make me think about all the scenes that were left out in the process of making a book into a movie. (BTW, I think the editors were right to leave everyone of these scenes out. The kissing and biting scene, while amazing, do not make sense with the book, and the woods scene just doesn’t connect with the movie story, just the book.)
Do not get me wrong…I don’t expect perfection when going from book to movie. It’s silly to think a movie will be an exact depiction (sorry if I offended some one, but it is silly). So, here are my top 3 scenes that were in the book, but not in the movie:
1. The Blood Typing – I like this scene because we get to see some real interaction between Edward and Mike…and how jealous Mike is of Edward. Plus, it just builds Bella’s character for how weak, physically, she is. AND, of course, the irony of it all!
2. The “True” Beach Scene – For the life of me, I will NEVER understand why they took away the scene with Jacob
Say it, Jacob...out loud! Say it!
telling Bella (unknowingly) what the legends said Edward was. They started it in the movie, but then forced Bella into the book store (rather than avoiding it as she did in the book). I think its really intricate to the entire series that Jacob was the one to tell her the truth, whether he knew it or not.
3. The Airport in Arizona – Do you think for even a moment that Alice and Jasper would have left Bella alone at the hotel? NO! The only way she escaped from them in the book was faking going to the bathroom. They should moved the hotel scene on to the airport. It’s not crucial, but it mattered to me!
What scenes would you have liked to see in the movie that didn’t make the cut? Do you think they were right in deleting the 3 scenes on AH?

Perhaps it is because RPattz is just that powerful in the world of pop culture. So powerful that in fact he beat out equally “Gossip Girl’s” Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick as well as “The Office” star John Krasinski.

and was using it to put Memory Charms on the list curators, forcing them to forget that he wasn’t on televsion (other than the bazillion interviews he did to promo Twilight).
Anyway, congrats Rob! I’m most definently sure that you belong on this list (hey, Twilight commercials count, don’t they).

I found this great image of a sample listing for a hubby on eBay. I thought I could use this as a sample listing for my own hubby. Here are the few other things I would note for a potential buyer:
He is athletic (not just watching, but does ACTUALLY play sports).
He still has all of his hair. It’s not Rob hair, but it’ll do.
He will put up with any obsession concerning Rob and/or Twilight (to a point).
Mmmmm...yes, naked good.....
So, ladies, open up those wallets, cause we all wanna see a piece of this a**, unobstructed by clothing!
The skinny tie can be a difficult trend to pull off. Your body has to be the exact, most perfect shape to really make this modern twist on formal wear work.
And I know of one person that does it, and does it well (pull off the ties, I mean).
