I’ve seen it a lot lately. Of course, we are all full-blown Robsessed so there is no question in our mind that Rob is the hottest thing out there. But, there are those other women. You know, the ones who don’t get it. The ones who say things like, “I guess he’s okay looking” or “I just don’t get it. His hair looks dirty.” (@PokerStarlight knows what I am talking about! This blog is for your co-worker!)

When Twilight’s Robert Pattinson showed up at a Cannes photo opportunity in a black striped polo, he caused a chain reaction. Stores both online and brick-and-mortar instantly saw an uptick in the number of polos that blew out the door.
The caveat? They had to be black and they had to be striped.
So, apparently wives and girlfriends everywhere went and bought their significant others golf shirts. (I mean, you didn’t think the guys went out and bought these shirts, did you?!?) If this is going to be a trend, I think there is one thing we can all be happy about..his collar wasn’t popped. Geez, I’ve had to wait TOO long for that trend to die!
Of course, the idea of all of us trying to turn the men in our lives into Rob is not new, but really this hot, new trend was not even the best part of the article.
And while there’s no word yet on who designed the shirt Pattinson wore on the Cannes seaside, a terrific selection of black polos can be found at all price points. Try Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Gap, Banana Republic and J.Crew.
Hmmm… to me there can only be a couple of reasons why they can’t figure out the designer for the shirt.

Cannes is over, and by that I mean that Rob is on a plane heading to Italy therefore there is nothing left for me in Cannes anymore. After looking through quite literally hundreds of pictures and videos of Rob, I realized that we were all missing the best dressed person in Cannes…. Stephanie Ritz! (Sorry Rob, I dig the golf shirt and all, but you don’t get prizes for that!).
Who is Stephanie? Ah, she is Rob’s publicist and is the cute little blonde that always seems to be 3 steps behind him. And you know what, she deserves a moment. So, here is my ode to Stephanie, the best dressed lady in Cannes. (Hey Steph, Yeah, we need to hook up and trade shoes. What size do you wear again?)
Okay, this video is the first I’ve ever made! So don’t hate!! I just wanted to give Miss Stephanie some love! Sometimes it’s like a game of “Where’s Stephanie?” but I promise she is in every shot (if you can get past staring at Rob).

Today, in the midst of all the Cannes photos which are still causing mass hysteria across the world, I got a bit of news that almost made me more excited then Rob in a tux on a boat… Sam Bradley will be performing at Twicon 2009!!! And since I will be attending after writing such a convincing post to my hubby (note reason #5… I am DONE!) that made him unable to resist, I now get to see all of Rob’s friends in one place on one weekend: Sam, Bobby Long and Marcus Foster! *fangirl squees*
So, here is the real question: Will the Brit Pack (as MsJBell has so affectionately named Rob and his musical buddies) be complete? I know the odds are slim, but let’s think of it this way…
You are a 23 year old guy or girl (doesn’t matter), no wife, fiance, significant other (take that Robstens!) and all your best friends are in one place, easy to get to, you have plenty of money and it’s just for the weekend. If it were me, I’d be there in a second to be with my besties… so maybe it’s not totally impossible.
If Rob does come, he’ll most likely come undercover. After ComicCon last year, if I were Rob, I’d never do

By the way… still insanely excited about Sam being there. I don’t care if Rob comes (well, I do, but I’m not going to jump off a cliff or anything), because Sam is an amazing entertainer, has read most of my blogging buddies blogs and commented (and possibly mine, though he didn’t comment) and has tweeted us under the same MsJBell’s account. I have other reasons for loving Sam Bradley as well, which you should revisit cause he really is deserving of our love!!

With all the photos and videos of Rob released yesterday, I couldn’t resist taking my little yellow pen and going a little crazy, Madden style! I hope you enjoy a little bit of a different take on the craziness that was Rob-Cannes Fever!
Rob arrives at Nice Airport and has a whole entourage of people surrounding him. But what I want to know is, who the hell is this woman leading the way? And what do I have to do to get the job of clearing the path for Rob? I’ll even do it Coming to America style and provide him a path of rose petals to walk on.
And who are all these dudes watching this chick take charge and clear the path? I have to assume innocent bystanders who have no effing clue who Rob is and are just trying to check out this girl’s ass.
And, although I saw her listed as Rob’s staff, I would recognize my homegirl FakerStephanieR anywhere!! And I am calling dibs on those shoes, cause they are CUTE!!
Rob begins removing his jacket, which just causes me to think, “Hey, why stop there?” It’s a warm day in France. Maybe you should take your shirt off, too. Then a real thought occured to me, does Rob wear shorts? I’ve never seen him in shorts. If someone has, please post. I have a thing for calf porn.
