Alright, I am slightly embarrassed. I think I completely reverted back to a 13 year old fangirl, which I haven’t done in awhile. Nothing of Rob has come out in awhile that has awoken that fangirl in me to the point where I am simultaneously squeeing, smiling, getting goose bumps and falling in love (or lust, which I am DOWN with) all over again.
But this video. This video here did me in.

The best part of this video is not just the reappearance of Rob. It’s the reappearance of Rob from two years ago. The silly, dorky boy we all fell in love with. I mean, this video is definitely a love rekindler for me.
Let’s talk about all the adork-ableness!
Just a couple A/V nerds, making a movie for high school. Awesome.
First off, let’s talk hair. I heard some people freaking out that the sex hair wasn’t in full form. Uh, the hair is there. This is a classic example of hat hair. I’m pretty sure this is how it went down…
(Rob shows up, wearing that damn hat.)
Peter: Rob, srsly. You can’t wear the hat.
Rob: Oh. Sorry. (takes off hat and swipes down hair) That good?
Peter: Yep. Let’s do this.
How do I know this? Cause this is how boys are.
Secondly, how much do I love that this was all done for a high school tradition, and debuted at a high school assembly. I mean, do you think those kids heard anything after Rob appeared on the screen? Well, anything other then the screams from all the girls. I just love that Rob is a big ol’ softie that is willing to help out with something like this. It makes my heart all warm and fuzzy.
And another thing… it’s been a long time since we had a really quotable Rob. This video, well, I’m waiting on soundbites for:
“You gotta stop hanging out in my backyard.”
“I don’t use the phone.”
“Idiot.”
Someone get on that. That voice. That voice kills me every time.
The Rob Drought is over… well, at least until tomorrow.
